Miss Idaho, Kara Jackson, submitted this recipe for Shrimp Fajitas.
|3||oz. granulated garlic|
|1 1/2||tsp. ground cumin|
|1 1/2 cup||Santa Maria Chile|
|15||tsp. white pepper, ground|
|Sliced Green Pepper|
- Mix the granulated garlic, cumin, Santa Maria Chile and white pepper.
- Sprinkle over the shrimp evenly.
- In a frying pan (with a little bit of olive oil), fast fry the shrimp, onion and green pepper until the shrimp appear opaque.
- Place the shrimp, onion and green peppers in a warmed flour tortilla and top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa and cheese. Enjoy!
