|1||cup frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), thawed|
|3/4||cup chunky garden-style spaghetti sauce|
|1/4||teaspoon Italian herb blend|
|1||cup cooked brown rice|
|Grated Parmesan cheese|
- Combine vegetables, spaghetti sauce and seasoning in 1-quart microwavable bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through; stir.
- Microwave rice at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through. Top with vegetable mixture and cheese.
