|Montreal chicken seasoning|
- Cut chicken into thigh, leg and breast pieces. Soak in brine for 30 minutes.
- Apply rub to chicken. Let sit 5 minutes before placing on grill.
- Cook directly on grill at 300 degrees until an internal temperature of 170 degrees.
- Glaze pieces in last 15 minutes of cooking.
