Shad Kirton & A Boy & His BBQ Roasted Corn Stuffing

roasted corn
green and red pepper
red onion
andouille sausage
spicy BBQ rub


  1. Roast corn for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
  2. Remove husks, cut corn from cobs.
  3. Saute peppers & onions over high heat until caramelized.
  4. Mix ingredients together.
