|1||teaspoon grated orange peel|
|1||cup lemon nonfat yogurt|
|1/2||cup thawed frozen reduced-fat nondairy whipped topping|
|4||slices angel food cake, cut 1 inch thick|
- Peel kiwifruit; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Combine kiwifruit, honey and orange peel; set aside. Combine yogurt and whipped topping until well blended. Place angel food cake on 4 dessert plates; top each slice with yogurt mixture and kiwifruit mixture. Serve immediately.
