Kyle Laval and the Slabs Citrus Panna Cotta

2 cups vanilla ice cream
lemon zest
orange zest
orange juice
pack of gelatin


  1. Mix gelatin packet in water. Let sit for 5 min.
  2. Heat juice and zest to boiling point.
  3. Mix hot liquid & gelatin together.
  4. Stir softened ice cream into mixture.
  5. Then pour into ramekins and refrigerate.
