|2||cups vanilla ice cream|
|pack of gelatin|
- Mix gelatin packet in water. Let sit for 5 min.
- Heat juice and zest to boiling point.
- Mix hot liquid & gelatin together.
- Stir softened ice cream into mixture.
- Then pour into ramekins and refrigerate.
