Makes 4 servings
|1||package (10 ounces) frozen brussels sprouts|
|1/2||teaspoon lemon juice|
|1/4||teaspoon grated lemon peel|
|Dash black pepper|
|Dash ground thyme|
- Combine brussels sprouts, water, lemon juice and lemon peel in 1-quart microwavable casserole; cover. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir to break apart; cover. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until brussels sprouts are tender. Drain; sprinkle with pepper and thyme.
