Low-Carb Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
1 | cup diced peeled Granny Smith apple (about 1 medium apple) |
2 | teaspoons lemon juice |
2 | cups diced celery |
3/4 | cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce |
2 | tablespoons chopped walnuts |
1 | tablespoon raisins |
2 | tablespoons reduced-fat or regular mayonnaise |
Preparation
- Place apple in medium bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from discoloring. Add celery, lettuce, walnuts and raisins; stir. Stir in mayonnaise until all ingredients are evenly coated. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
