|1||cup diced peeled Granny Smith apple (about 1 medium apple)|
|2||teaspoons lemon juice|
|2||cups diced celery|
|3/4||cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce|
|2||tablespoons chopped walnuts|
|2||tablespoons reduced-fat or regular mayonnaise|
- Place apple in medium bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from discoloring. Add celery, lettuce, walnuts and raisins; stir. Stir in mayonnaise until all ingredients are evenly coated. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
