Makes 4 servings


1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and cubed
1-3/4 cups fat-free (skim) milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange-peach-mango juice concentrate
4 ice cubes
1/8 teaspoon almond extract (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.


Chill mango before preparing recipe or use frozen mango pieces.
