Mango Smoothie


Makes 1 serving


1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/4 cup orange-pineapple juice
1 teaspoon honey
2 ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish


  1. Place all ingredients except mint leaves in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. (Add milk if thinner consistency is desired.) Garnish, if desired.
