|1/2||cup low-fat plain yogurt|
|1||ripe mango, peeled, seeded and sliced|
|1/4||cup orange-pineapple juice|
|Fresh mint leaves for garnish|
- Place all ingredients except mint leaves in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. (Add milk if thinner consistency is desired.) Garnish, if desired.
