Mangoes and Sweet Cream


Makes 2 servings


1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 packet sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 ripe medium mango, peeled, pitted and diced or 1 cup diced peaches


  1. Beat yogurt, cream cheese, sugar substitute and vanilla in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Fold in mangoes.
  2. Spoon mixture into two dessert dishes.
