Maple-Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 | tablespoons maple syrup, divided |
1 | tablespoon olive oil |
2 | teaspoons whole-grain mustard |
2 | center-cut pork loin chops (6 ounces each) |
Nonstick cooking spray | |
1/3 | cup water |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine maple syrup, olive oil and mustard in small bowl. Brush syrup mixture over both sides of pork chops.
- Spray medium ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chops; brown on both sides. Add water; cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until barely pink in centers.
