Maple-Mustard Pork Chops
Makes 2 servings
|2||tablespoons maple syrup, divided|
|1||tablespoon olive oil|
|2||teaspoons whole-grain mustard|
|2||center-cut pork loin chops (6 ounces each)|
|Nonstick cooking spray|
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine maple syrup, olive oil and mustard in small bowl. Brush syrup mixture over both sides of pork chops.
- Spray medium ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chops; brown on both sides. Add water; cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until barely pink in centers.
