Mediterranean Salad
Diced tomatoes and balsamic vinegar team up to make a tangy salad dressing for tossed salad greens

Ingredients
1/4 | Cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese |
1 | can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained |
3 | Tablespoon chopped ripe olives |
1/4 | Cup chopped green onions |
1 | bag (10 oz each) mixed salad greens |
1 | Tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
Preparation
- Mix undrained tomatoes and vinegar in large bowl until combined.
- Add salad greens; toss to coat. Divide evenly among 8 salad plates.
- Top with the olives, onions and cheese.
