|Triple mustard slather|
|Myron Mixons' rub|
- Trim away fat, connected tissue and silver skin.
- Inject then tie roast together in a circle.
- Apply triple mustard slather followed by lightly seasoning with rub.
- Cook hot and fast at 450 degrees for 2 hours until internal temp is 155 degrees.
