Makes 4 servings
|2||(8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas|
|1/4||cup canned fat-free refried beans|
|1/4||cup chunky salsa|
|4||(3/4-ounce) reduced-fat Cheddar cheese sticks*|
*Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese block can be substituted. Cut cheese into 2x1/4x1/4-inch sticks.
- Cut tortillas in half. Spread beans over tortilla halves, leaving 1/2-inch border around all edges. Spoon salsa over beans.
- Cut cheese sticks crosswise in half; arrange on one side of tortilla. Fold rounded edge of tortilla over cheese; roll up. Place burritos, seam side down, on microwavable dish.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
