Ingredients
1-1/2 | cups powdered sugar |
2 | to 3 tablespoons light cream or milk |
1 | tablespoon butter, softened |
1/2 | teaspoon peppermint extract |
1 | to 2 drops green food coloring |
1/2 | cup semisweet chocolate chips |
2 | tablespoons butter or margarine |
Preparation
- Blend powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cream and the butter in small bowl until smooth. Add more cream, if necessary, to make spreading consistency. Blend in peppermint extract and enough green food coloring to make a pale mint-green color.
Chocolate Glaze
Place 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in small bowl over hot water. Stir until metled and smooth.
