Makes about 2 cups dip
|2||packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened|
|1/2||cup half-and-half or milk|
|2/3||cup chopped crabmeat|
|2||tablespoons chopped green onion|
|2||teaspoons dry ranch-style salad dressing mix|
|Sliced green olives|
|Assorted fresh vegetables|
- Beat cream cheese in small bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy; beat in half-and-half and mayonnaise. Stir in crabmeat, onion and salad dressing mix. Refrigerate 1 hour or until serving time.
- Spoon dip into champagne glass or other glass or goblet with wide opening; garnish with olive slices. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
