|1/2||mango, peeled, pitted and cubed|
|1||carton (6 ounces) plain nonfat yogurt|
|1/4||cup frozen orange juice concentrate|
|3||tablespoons lime juice|
|1/2||to 1 jalapeño pepper,* stemmed, seeded and minced|
|1||teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger|
*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
- Place mango in food processor; process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
