|1||cup fat-free vanilla ice cream or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt|
|3/4||cup low-fat (1%) milk|
|1/4||cup frozen orange juice concentrate|
- Combine ice cream, milk and juice concentrate in food processor or blender. Cover; process on hight until smooth. Pour mixture into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
