Orange Tea Zinger

2 orange or tangerine-flavored herbal tea bags
1 cup boiling water
2 cans (12 ounces) unsweetened seltzer water


  1. Steep both tea bags in hot water for about 4 minutes to brew 1 cup of double-strength tea. Remove tea bags and refrigerate until cool.
  2. To serve, pour 1/2 of cooled tea (just less than 1/2 cup) over ice in each of 2 tall glasses. Fill glasses with seltzer water and stir gently.
