Oriental Beef Kabobs on Green Rice

1 | tablespoon olive oil |
1 | tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar |
1 | tablespoon soy sauce |
4 | purchased beef kabobs |
Preparation
- Preheat broiler.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar and soy sauce; brush on kabobs.
- Arrange kabobs on broiler rack. Broil, 4 inches from heat source, 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning after 5 minutes.
