Pan-Cooked Bok Choy Salmon the Editors of Publications International, Ltd.
Makes 2 servings
|1||pound bok choy or napa cabbage, chopped|
|1||cup broccoli slaw|
|1||tablespoon olive oil|
|1||teaspoon sesame seeds|
|1/2||teaspoon freshly ground black pepper|
|1/2||pound cooked salmon|
- Mix cabbage and broccoli and place in colander; rinse and drain. Place olive oil and sesame seeds in large skillet, over medium heat. When oil is hot, add cabbage mixture. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes; reduce heat to low and add salmon. Steam fish and vegetables about 4 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
