Makes 4 servings
|1/2||pound snow peas, trimmed|
|1/4||pound mushrooms, sliced|
|1||yellow or red bell pepper, cut into strips|
|Salt and black pepper|
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in large skillet or wok. Add vegetables.
- Stir-fry 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
