Peaches and Creamy Dip with Waffle Wedges the Editors of Publications International, Ltd.
Makes 24 wedges and about 3/4 cup cream cheese mixture
|4||ounces reduced-fat cream cheese|
|1/3||cup no-sugar-added peach preserves|
|1||tablespoon fat-free (skim) milk|
|2||packets sugar substitute|
|4||low-fat toaster waffles|
|Ground cinnamon to taste|
- Place all ingredients except waffles and cinnamon in blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
- Toast waffles; cut each waffle into 6 wedges.
- Place cream cheese mixture in small serving bowl; sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with waffle wedges for dipping.
