Peanut Butter-Apple Wraps

Makes 4 servings
|3/4||cup creamy peanut butter|
|4||(7-inch) whole wheat or spinach tortillas|
|3/4||cup finely chopped apple|
|1/3||cup shredded carrot|
|1/3||cup low-fat granola without raisins|
|1||tablespoon toasted wheat germ|
- Spread peanut butter on one side of each tortilla. Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with apple, carrot, granola and wheat germ. Roll up tightly; cut in half. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
