Makes 6 servings
|1/2||cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese|
|1/2||cup reduced-fat peanut butter|
|1/2||cup crushed pineapple in juice, drained|
|12||(3-inch-long) celery sticks|
- Combine cottage cheese and peanut butter in food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Stuff celery sticks with mixture.
Substitute 2 medium sliced apples for celery.
