Makes 4 servings
|1||can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained|
|1/4||cup pineapple or apple juice|
|3||tablespoons dried cranberries|
|1-1/2||teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca|
|2||pears, cored and cut into halves|
|1/4||cup granola with almonds|
- Combine all ingredients except pears and granola in slow cooker; mix well. Place pears, cut side down, over pineapple mixture. Cover; cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours.
- Arrange pear halves on serving plates. Spoon pineapple mixture over pear halves. Garnish with granola.
