Makes 8 servings
|4||ounces fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed|
|1/4||cup reduced-fat spreadable cream cheese|
|1/4||cup plain fat-free yogurt|
|2||packets sugar substitute|
|2||medium pears, cut in 1/2-inch slices|
- Process strawberries in food processor or blender until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, yogurt, sugar substitute and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth.
- To serve, dip pear slices in cream cheese mixture.
