Makes 12 servings
|8||ounces fat-free cream cheese|
|1/2||cup fat-free sour cream|
|1||teaspoon dried oregano|
|1/8||teaspoon garlic powder|
|1/8||teaspoon ground red pepper|
|1/2||cup tomato pizza sauce|
|1/2||cup chopped turkey pepperoni|
|1/2||cup chopped red onion|
|1/2||cup chopped green bell pepper|
|1/2||cup (2 ounces) shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese|
|Red bell pepper strips, broccoli florets and/or pita chips (optional)|
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder, and ground red pepper until smooth. Spread in a 9-inch pie pan. Spread pizza sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with pepperoni, onion, and green bell pepper. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
- Serve with red bell pepper strips, broccoli and toasted pita chips, if desired.
