Pepperoni Pizza Dip


Makes 12 servings


8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped turkey pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
Red bell pepper strips, broccoli florets and/or pita chips (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder, and ground red pepper until smooth. Spread in a 9-inch pie pan. Spread pizza sauce over the top.
  2. Sprinkle with pepperoni, onion, and green bell pepper. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
  3. Serve with red bell pepper strips, broccoli and toasted pita chips, if desired.
