Pineapple-Orange Granita

Ingredients
2 | cups pineapple-orange juice |
6 | ounces diet ginger ale (3/4 cup) |
1/4 | cup white wine or white grape juice |
1 | packet sugar substitute |
Preparation
- In a quart-size resealable bag, combine all ingredients. Seal tightly and store in freezer until firm.
- At time of serving, remove from freezer and let stand 15 minutes to soften slightly.
- Using a meat mallet, pound to crush ice mixture. Spoon into wine goblets or dessert dishes. Store remaining ice mixture in freezer until needed.
