Makes 3 servings
|1||medium banana, cut into 6 equal-size pieces|
|1/4||cup creamy peanut butter*|
|3||tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk|
|1/4||cup miniature-size marshmallows|
|2||tablespoons unsalted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped (optional)|
|1||tablespoon chocolate-flavored decorator sprinkles|
*Soy butter or almond butter can be used in place of peanut butter.
- Insert toothpick into each banana piece. Place on tray lined with waxed paper.
- Whisk together peanut butter and milk. Combine marshmallows, peanuts, if desired, and chocolate sprinkles in shallow dish. Dip each banana piece in peanut butter mixture, draining off excess. Roll in marshmallow mixture. Place on tray; let stand until set.
