Quick Breakfast Sandwich
Makes 2 sandwiches
|2||turkey breakfast sausage patties|
|Salt and black pepper|
|2||whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted|
|2||slices Cheddar cheese|
- Cook sausage according to package directions; set aside and keep warm.
- Beat eggs in small bowl with salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in small skillet. Pour in eggs; cook and stir gently over low heat until just set.
- Place cheese on bottom halves of English muffins; top with sausage and scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
Turkey sausage breakfast patties may vary in size. If patties are small, use two patties for each sandwich.
