Quick Clean-Up Cole Slaw

|1/2||cup sour cream|
|1/3||cup cider vinegar|
|2||tablespoons Dijon mustard|
|1/2||head green cabbage shredded|
|1/2||head red cabbage shredded|
|4||cups collards shredded|
- In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add cabbages, collards to bowl. Toss well and adjust seasonings as needed.
