Quick & Easy Meatball Soup
Makes 4 to 6 servings
|1||package (15 to 18 ounces) frozen Italian sausage meatballs without sauce|
|2||cans (about 14 ounces each) Italian-style stewed tomatoes|
|2||cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth|
|1||can (about 14 ounces) mixed vegetables|
|1/2||cup uncooked rotini or small macaroni|
|1/2||teaspoon dried oregano|
- Thaw meatballs in microwave according to package directions.
- Place remaining ingredients in large saucepan. Add meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
