Makes 6 servings
|3||English muffins, split and toasted|
|1||can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained|
|3/4||cup (3 ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend|
|Bell pepper strips (optional)|
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place English muffin halves on ungreased baking sheet. Top each muffin with 1/4 cup tomatoes; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Garnish with bell pepper strips, if desired.
