Makes 2 cups
|2||cups shredded red cabbage|
|1/2||cup chopped green onions, green parts only|
|2||tablespoons balsamic vinegar|
|1||tablespoon canola oil|
|1/4||teaspoon black pepper|
- Place cabbage and green onions in medium bowl; toss well. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl; stir until well blended. Pour over cabbage; toss to coat.
