Makes about 3/4 cup
|6||tablespoons butter or margarine|
|4||green onions, thinly sliced|
|1/2||medium red bell pepper, minced|
|2||small red hot chili peppers,*** seeded and minced|
|3||cloves garlic, minced|
|3||tablespoons minced fresh parsley|
|1/8||teaspoon black pepper|
***Chili peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, bell pepper, chili peppers, and garlic. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until onions are soft.
- Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, salt and black pepper.
