Red Pepper Relish
Makes 4 servings
|2||large red bell peppers, cut into thin strips|
|1||small Vidalia or other sweet onion, thinly sliced|
|3||tablespoons cider vinegar|
|2||tablespoons packed light brown sugar|
|1||tablespoon vegetable oil|
|1/4||teaspoon dried thyme|
|1/4||teaspoon red pepper flakes|
|1/4||teaspoon black pepper|
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.
