- Trim fat from all three birds. Soak in brine for 20 min, then apply rub to each bird separately.
- Lay duck over turkey & chicken over duck. Set stuffing ingredients over the chicken.
- Sew turkey up with twine. Cook at 235 degrees for 7 hours.
- Cook until internal temp is 165 degrees.
