Makes 10 slices
|1||package (11-ounce can) refrigerated French bread dough|
|Salt-free seasoning mix (optional)|
|4||slices light bologna|
|4||slices reduced-fat provolone cheese|
|2||teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese|
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out bread dough to 10X12-inch rectangle. If desired, sprinkle with seasoning. Dot with mustard.
- Arrange bologna and cheese in alternating circles, overlapping edges to cover dough. Roll up lengthwise like a jelly roll; pinch seams shut. Place dough, seam side down, on baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and browned. Let cool. Cut into 1-inch-thick portions.
