Catfish | |
Panko bread crumbs | |
Cornmeal | |
Southern Soul Rub | |
Salt and Pepper | |
Aioli | |
Garlic | |
Mayo | |
Chili sauce | |
Roasted lemon |
Preparation
- Soak in buttermilk for 20 minutes.
- Coat in batter.
- Flash fry at 400 degrees.
- Serve with a roasted lemon.
