Saucy Steak and Potatoes
Saucy Steak and Potatoes from Hunt's® features cube steaks, simmered with seasoned potatoes in a rich tomato gravy.

|1||pound beef cube steaks, cut in half|
|1||tablespoon Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil|
|1/2||package (32 oz each) frozen Inland Valley® Simply Shreds™ O'Brien, thawed|
|2||cans (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce|
|1||cup beef gravy|
|Sour cream and chopped fresh parsley, optional|
- Cook steaks in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned on both sides.
- Add potatoes, tomato sauce and gravy; mix well. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low.
- Cook 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Garnish with sour cream and parsley, if desired.
