Shrimp with Strawberries and Snow Peas

Ingredients
1 | tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2 | pound peeled medium shrimp |
1/4 | pound snow peas |
2 | ounces fresh bean sprouts, rinsed |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 | teaspoon minced fresh ginger |
2 | tablespoons brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon dark sesame oil |
2 | teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
2 | teaspoons oyster sauce |
1 | cup strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered |
2 | cups hot cooked rice |
Preparation
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add vegetable oil. Cook and stir shrimp, snow peas, bean sprouts, garlic and ginger 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and bean sprouts are crisp-tender.
- Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and oyster sauce in small bowl; add to skillet. Cook and stir 1 minute or until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Serve over rice.
