Shrimp with Strawberries and Snow Peas

|1||tablespoon vegetable oil|
|1/2||pound peeled medium shrimp|
|1/4||pound snow peas|
|2||ounces fresh bean sprouts, rinsed|
|2||cloves garlic, minced|
|1/2||teaspoon minced fresh ginger|
|2||tablespoons brown sugar|
|2||tablespoons soy sauce|
|1||tablespoon dark sesame oil|
|2||teaspoons balsamic vinegar|
|2||teaspoons oyster sauce|
|1||cup strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered|
|2||cups hot cooked rice|
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add vegetable oil. Cook and stir shrimp, snow peas, bean sprouts, garlic and ginger 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and bean sprouts are crisp-tender.
- Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and oyster sauce in small bowl; add to skillet. Cook and stir 1 minute or until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Serve over rice.
