Smoked Salmon Lavash

|4||ounces cream cheese, softened|
|1||tablespoon lemon juice|
|1/4||teaspoon prepared horseradish|
|4||small (about 5 inches) lavash* flat breads|
|4||ounces sliced smoked salmon|
|1/2||red onion, thinly sliced|
|2||tablespoons capers, drained|
*Lavash (also spelled lahvosh) is a thin, crisp, Middle Eastern flat bread. Other flat breads or toasts may be substituted.
- Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and horseradish in small bowl. Spread carefully over lavash. Top with salmon, onion and capers.
