|2||medium very ripe mangoes,* peeled, pitted, and sliced|
|1-1/2||cups fat-free (skim) milk|
|1||cup vanilla fat-free sugar-free ice cream or frozen yogurt|
|3||to 4 teaspoons lime juice|
|1/4||teaspoon ground mace|
*Very ripe mangoes are essential for the flavor in this shake.
- Combine milk and mangoes in food processor or blender; process until blended. Add ice cream, lime juice and mace; process until smooth. Pour into tall glasses; garnish with mint sprigs.
