South-of-the-Border Macaroni & Cheese

|5||cups cooked rotini pasta|
|2||cups (8 ounces) cubed American cheese|
|1||can (12 ounces) evaporated milk|
|1||cup (4 ounces) cubed sharp Cheddar cheese|
|1||can (4 ounces) diced green chiles, drained|
|2||teaspoons chili powder|
|2||medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped|
|5||green onions, sliced|
- Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes and onions in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on HIGH 2 hours, stirring twice.
- Stir in tomatoes and green onions; continue cooking until hot.
