Spiced Citrus Tea

Spiced Citrus Tea


Makes 6 servings


4 tea bags
Peel of 1 orange
4 cups boiling water
2 cans (6 ounces each) orange-pineapple juice
3 tablespoons honey
3 star anise
3 cinnamon sticks
Fresh strawberries, raspberries or kiwi (optional)


  1. Place tea bags and orange peel in slow cooker. Pour in boiling water. Cover and let steep 10 minutes. Discard tea bags and orange peel.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except fresh fruit, to slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 3 hours.
  3. Garnish with strawberries, raspberries or kiwi wedges.
