Makes 4 servings
|1||cup orange juice|
|2||tablespoons lemon juice|
|1/2||teaspoon whole cloves|
|Ice cubes (optional)|
|Mint sprigs (optional)|
- Combine water, juices, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves and tea bags in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Cover pan when mixture just begins to steam. Turn off heat; let steep 5 minutes. Strain tea into preheated teapot; serve hot. Or, to serve cold, strain tea into 1-1/2-quart container with tight-fitting lid. Cover when cool and refrigerate until very cold. Serve in ice-filled tumblers. Garnish each serving with mint.
