Spiced Sesame Wonton Crisps

Ingredients
20 | (3-inch) wonton wrappers, cut in half |
1 | tablespoon water |
2 | teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 | teaspoon paprika |
1/2 | teaspoon ground cumin or chili powder |
1/4 | teaspoon dry mustard |
1 | tablespoon sesame seeds |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 2 large nonstick baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut each halved wonton wrapper into 2 strips; place in single layer on prepared baking sheets.
- Combine water, oil, paprika, cumin and mustard in small bowl; mix well. Brush oil mixture evenly onto wonton strips; sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack; cool completely. Transfer to serving plate.
