Makes 2 servings
|2||teaspoons peanut or vegetable oil|
|1||large clove garlic, minced|
|6||cups packed fresh spinach leaves (about 8 ounces)|
|2||teaspoons soy sauce|
|1||teaspoon rice vinegar|
|1||teaspoon toasted sesame seeds*|
*To toast sesame seeds, spread seeds in small skillet. Shake skillet over medium heat 2 minutes or until seeds begin to pop and turn golden.
- Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
- Add spinach, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes until spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
